Rachel Bruce is a retired high school teacher from Denver, Colorado. She was a debate coach for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Early College and taught American government and international relations. Rachel and her husband, Bob, host the Bruce tent at festivals in the Rocky Mountain states. They became involved in Scottish heritage when they enrolled their daughter in competitive Highland dancing and later in tenor drumming with the Colorado Youth Pipe Band. During a trip to Scotland, they met Lord and Lady Elgin at Broomhall House!
