My name is Gerald Cousins, and I am the Commissioner for the State of Virginia. I have been involved with FOBI since 2008. Since my time with the FOBI it has been a pleasure meeting and working with so many members of FOBI and their families. I have enjoyed being the host for the FOBI at the Richmond Celtic Festival and Highland Games over the years. I have learned a great deal of history pertaining to the FOBI and met many wonderful people who love to share their stories.

I am retired and enjoy spending time with my wife of 45 years Debbie, and with our kids and grandkids.
